Unless otherwise noted, you agree to pay all invoices upon receipt. If not paid within 30 days from date of billing, interest will accrue on the outstanding balance at 1.5% per month (18 per annum). If legal action is necessary to enforce the terms of this Agreement or if your account is referred for collection, you agree to reimburse Maintenance Too Paper Co., Inc. for all of it’s costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees. Maintenance Too Paper Co., Inc, reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement upon ten (10) days written notice to you. Any notice sent to you will be considered effective when it is deposited in the US Mail, postage prepaid, at the address shown on this Agreement. Venue for any legal action arising out or related to this Agreement will be Manatee County, Florida.

 

PERSONAL GUARANTEE: In order to induce Maintenance Too Paper Co., Inc. to extend credit to the Company listed above, the undersigned, jointly and severally, unconditionally guarantee the payment of the Company’s account to Maintenance Too Paper Co., Inc. including all costs of collection and attorney’s fees. The undersigned further agree that Maintenance Too Paper Co., Inc. will not be required to proceed against the Company before seeking payment from the guarantor(s).
